Conditions

Applicability
These business conditions are applicable in cases Swedish or other applicable law do not provide conditions that are in conflict with same. Ordering
All orders placed with BrandsInFashion is binding.
Client under 18 must obtain parental permission before the purchase is performed. Order which is made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result we are suffering financial or other damage reported to the police.

Rates
All prices on this page are incl.VAT.
Shipping costs will be added all orders a100 sec. We is not over price changes in the market, why the price in effect at the time of order also applies at the time of delivery.

Delivery times
Our ambition is to deliver our goods within 5-9 working days.
Delays by EMS / Post's side may occur, we can unfortunately not take responsibility for that.



We reserve the right to modify an order regarding the content of an equivalent / better item prejudice to the price the customer received on confirmation, or remove non-deliverable goods from orders, and of course, with reductions for the same. Deliveries

Change orders

Return policy

Please state when your OrderID, any invoice numbers and what to be the case. Those who returned a product may have to pay the return shipping and transportation risks. We will email you when the return is inspected and approved / not approved. We do not accept items that are returned by mail / registered mail once or not fully franked.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the beneficiary pays our shipping charges may exceed the shipping amount we paid receiver in the order. (At the time 25$-45$)

Complaints
Individuals have according to consumer two (2) year warranty regardless of warranty applicable to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was detected. Returns
